Sri Lanka's railways run through elephant territory. The Scouts wanted to show how their autonomous drones could prevent collisions before they happen. One day. One person. An explainer built entirely from AI-generated footage.
The Brief
Train-elephant collisions are a real problem in rural Sri Lanka. The Scouts had designed an early warning system using their autonomous drones to detect elephants near rail corridors and alert train operators in time to stop. The concept was ready. The video needed to explain it to government stakeholders and transport authorities — clearly, quickly, and without waiting for a physical deployment.
The Process
Same workflow as the launch commercial. Blender provided the drone reference geometry from the CAD file. Higgsfield Cinema and ComfyUI generated every frame — the rural landscapes, the rail corridors, the elephants, and the drone in patrol flight.

The challenge was clarity. This wasn't a brand film — it was a systems explainer. Every shot had to communicate how the detection loop works: drone patrols corridor, detects elephant, triggers alert, train stops in time.

DaVinci Resolve handled the edit, pacing, and final grade. The visual language stayed consistent with the Scouts' launch commercial — same drone, same cinematic tone, different application.
The Result
Concept to final cut in a single day. The film gave The Scouts a tangible asset to present their early warning capability to Sri Lankan transport authorities — visualizing a system that didn't exist in the field yet.
