ON — Commercial Proof of Concept

A self-initiated proof of concept. We wanted to see how far AI content generation could go against real production. The answer: uncomfortably close.

The Brief

No client. No budget. Just a question: can one person, in two days, produce a 45-second commercial that holds up next to a real shoot? We picked ON Cloud Push 6 as the product and built a runner spot from concept to final cut.

The Process

The workflow combined multiple AI tools in sequence. Higgsfield Cinema handled the motion. ComfyUI ran the rendering pipeline with LTX 2.3 for video generation and NanoBanana Pro for hero imagery. Every frame went through multiple iterations, prompting for specific camera angles, lighting conditions, and athletic movement that reads as real.

The hardest part wasn't generating footage. It was art direction. Getting the model to commit to a consistent look, a consistent runner, a consistent environment across 45 seconds of cuts. That took iteration. But the iteration cycle is minutes, not days.

The Product

The shoe needed to look real. Not AI-real. Actually real. We pushed NanoBanana Pro for product shots that could pass as photographed on a lightbox.

The Result

Two days. One person. A 45-second spot that made people ask which production house shot it. Multiple iterations to get there, but that is the point: the iteration cost is near zero compared to a real shoot. The gap between AI-generated commercial content and traditional production is closing fast, and this project proved it.
