The Scouts — Launch Commercial

A Sri Lankan drone-tech startup replacing outdated security with autonomous AI. They needed a launch film before the product even existed physically. Six hours. One person. A commercial built from a 3D print file.

The Brief

The Scouts had built something real: AI-enabled autonomous security drones that patrol, detect, and respond within 90 seconds, no pilot required. Their first commercial needed to communicate that without overpromising. The target was serious B2B buyers — security directors, facility managers, enterprise decision-makers. Not a tech demo. A declaration.

The problem: the drone was still being built. No physical product to shoot.

The Process

We started in Blender. The Scouts provided their 3D print design file for the drone. We exported multiple angle reference images from the CAD model, then used those to train the AI generation model on the exact geometry of a product that didn't exist yet.

From there, Higgsfield Cinema and ComfyUI handled the motion and environment generation. Every frame of the drone in flight, every environment it patrols, every reaction shot was AI-generated from trained references. The visual language built itself around contrast: the stillness of empty spaces versus the precision of autonomous response.

This is where we excel. Letting clients visualize what their products will look like and how they'll feel in motion before they even have an MVP. No waiting for manufacturing. No expensive prototype shoots. A 3D file becomes a commercial.

The Result

Six hours from concept to final cut. The film launched across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the Scouts website as their primary brand asset. It anchored a media run that included coverage in Echelon and LMD, and supported a partnership announcement with Sitrek Security — Sri Lanka's largest security company.
